The heavy down pour today caused pandemonium among the residents of Ogba as they lament on the poor drainage system which results to flood whenever it rains.
It was recorded that whenever it rains there is always problem, as the people are left with no choice than to swim.
According to a resident, Mr. Onifade Imokemi, it is the duty of the state government to put in place the drainage system so as to ensure safety of human lives within the environment."it is the duty of the state government to ensure good drainage system to ensure that lives and properties are secured"he said.
